The tools

• Base64 Encoder / Decoder: Encode and decode text, files and images as Base64.
• JWT Decoder, Encoder & Editor: Decode, verify, create and re-sign JSON Web Tokens.
• JWE Decoder, Encoder & Editor: Decrypt, create and re-encrypt encrypted JSON Web Tokens.
• Hash Generator: MD5, SHA-256, SHA-512, SHA-3, BLAKE3 and more, for text and files.
• UUID & GUID Generator: Random v4, time-sorted v7 and name-based v5 UUIDs, one or thousands.
• Encrypt & Decrypt: AES, ChaCha20, Triple DES and DES with a password or a key.
• Poker Planner: Planning poker for teams that estimate together. (a separate site with its own privacy policy)

Each tool hosted here has pages explaining the standard it implements, with code examples for popular languages. New tools are added from time to time.

How the site works

The tools hosted on this site run entirely in your browser. They are written in TypeScript and use your browser's built-in APIs, such as Web Crypto for signing and verifying tokens, so nothing you type, paste or drop is sent to a server. There are no accounts to create and nothing to install.

The site is free, and advertising pays for it. The privacy policy explains what that involves and how to opt out of personalized ads.
